1. Orders and delivery

All items when payed are shiped by independent courier company or registered post depending on the weight of parcel and its value.
We are unable to dispatch any parcel without contact phone number.
 Parcels are dipatched the same day when ordered before 1.30 p.m. or the next day when ordered after 1.30 p.m.  Delivery is the next 1-2 working days.  However the Vitamin shop Ireland Ltd doesn’t take the responsibility for any delays , losts or damages during shipment. When not delivered  in the next  1-2 days after order was completed please contact our office via e-mail: shop@trec.ie or on:
+353 14019998  to track the parcel number and attempt to deliver it.
If we are unable to dispatch the order because we are out of stock ordered product or flavour we will contact  you if we can change the flavour or replace the product by another.
Shipping cost is at flat rate 10 euro per box up to 30 kg. However shipping if free for any orders above 50 euro.
Purchased items are delivered to indicated address when placing an order.
The Vitamin-shop Ireland Ltd reserves  the right to refuse order realization.
Vitamin-shop Ireland Ltd doesn’t ship goods other than to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
